Afrika Bazaar, brought to you by OriKoL Productions and proudly hosted by AfroConnect NZ, is a vibrant celebration of African culture. It brings together food, art, fashion, music, and community in one dynamic, high-energy space.

Held at Claudelands Events Centre, the event provides a powerful platform for businesses, creatives, and organisations to showcase their products, services, and stories to a diverse and highly engaged audience.

Business Stall Options

Perfect for businesses looking to showcase African or culturally inspired food, drinks, handmade products, fashion, accessories, beauty items, homeware, art and more.

NGO Stall Options

For non-profits, community groups, service providers and organisations wanting to connect with the community. All NGO Submissions will be verified.

What you need to know

What’s Included:
 
3m x 3m stalls include 1 table, 1 chair and power access.

6m x 3m stalls include 2 tables, 2 chairs and power access.

Vendors are responsible for their own signage, product display, decorations, packaging and any additional equipment required for their setup.

 Vendor Information

 
Vendor setup times, pack-down details, parking instructions, health and safety requirements, food vendor requirements and event-day guidelines will be shared closer to the event.
 
 All vendors must comply with venue requirements and any relevant council, food safety or health and safety regulations.
